The OtPADJ Awards!

In the MFC Home Office, we have our set of Core Values: Others First, Passionate, Available, Dependable and Joyful Spirit – OtPADJ (Hot Fudge).

We had activities all through the year to help strengthen these Core Values, like our Coffee Mornings and Happy Hours. What a year!

So to end 2019, we asked everyone in the HO to nominate those who embody these Core Values, and one overall OtPADJ-er.
