I do exercise. I live on a mountain and I walk up and down the mountain …. occasionally. When I do, it really does make me feel better and with more energy.
Yesterday, during Maundy Thursday, exercise took a turn. Went on a run with volleyball players, and it was crazy! Did some planking and ab workouts after as well.
I’m sure they took it easy on us, but it was rough! And my body is a bit sore until now. But the workouts were good and I hope to incorporate it more in my walking.
