It is only the second month of the year (quickly ending though) and we have celebrated some milestones already. My eldest just had her First Communion! It was a wonderful and touching Mass, where we were teary-eyed almost the whole way through. The excitement she has in going to Mass is a reminder about what it is all about. Being with Jesus and listening to Him. We are truly proud of you, anak. We hope to journey with you in faith, and be good examples for you to follow.
We also celebrated our daughter’s 3rd birthday! We all turn odd numbers this year (41, 37, 9, 7, 5, 3, 1) so it is easier to remember. She was the one who spent days in the hospital a few days after we brought her home from the hospital when she was born. A tough time for us, but God is faithful. She is now 3, speaks her mind and knows how to get what she wants. A little firecracker.
And many more to come this year. We have something big in the works, and it is definitely another blessing fro God (and awesome parents). Oh, and if you have kids in AA, please tell them to vote for my daughter.
Here’s our proud endorser.
I know who @iamdongdantes is voting for this 2016! Sabine Padilla! Thanks for the vote of confidence 👍🇵🇭 pic.twitter.com/GQ3E2wljM1
