We got to Tagaytay on Tuesday, taking longer than usual because of the horrendous traffic on EDSA Southbound that day. It was a humungous parking lot. I don’t know why it is so hard for this government to fix the traffic issue. Open up all the villages beside EDSA, come out with maps for everyone showing car routes, bus, jeep, LRT and MRT routes and connections. Hay. Maybe part of the Lenten sacrifice. We got to cool and breezy Tagaytay and just spent the rest of the day resting. Bonding time with my baby boy, matching pa:
Then, on Wednesday we got to go to the beach! My kids LOVE the beach. They have been bugging us for how many months now to go to “summer” which is the beach for them. Calatagan is about an hour away from Tagaytay so we made an excursion. They (we) loved it!
Ankoi and I lounging in the water
Banana boat time! We fell three times and the third was a doozy! Aches and pains until now
Red as a lobster. Our mestizo. While the rest of us are black. LOL
The kids ready to go from the beach to the pool!
At the end of the day 🙂 Sunburnt and happy (well, except for Ankoi who still wants to swim).
Mission: Beach, accomplished! Today getting ready for the Holy Days. 🙂 And excited for what Easter will bring.
