I think that just shows a lack of appreciation and understanding for what People Power is to us Filipinos.
It’s not a threat you can just throw around. It was a time of prayer and leaving everything up to God. Not a time of anger because of an impending electoral loss.
It was a time to come together and be united as one. Not a time to create more division by threats of violence (“gusto ko silang saksakin”).
People Power overthrew a dictator and a corrupt leader who didn’t understand the needs of the people.
And of you keep going down this slippery slope, sir…. We won’t use it if you lose this election. We’ll use it if you win
