We started the Pro-Life Training with Dr. Brian Clowes today. I was up at 5AM to hitch a ride with Joseph to the venue. We got there by 7AM (no, it isn’t 2 hours away, we passed by the Home Office first). Mass was celebrated by Fr. Greg Gaston – one of the smartest people I have ever met. And then it was the Training proper by Dr. Brian.
I emceed the event today, and it was good, because I really got to listen and take notes (though I am always listening and taking down notes!). I learned even more, adding to what I got from the HLI Conference in Miri and other Pro-Life events I have been going to over the past few months.
I am always in awe of how much we can learn, especially about something we are passionate and excited about. I love being Pro-Life.
I also loved our lunch. We ate in Sango, and I had their Teriyaki Beef Rice Burger. YUM.
Part 2 of the training starts tomorrow! Can’t wait! 🙂
